The history of our products goes back many years, forming part of family histories, but it was not until 2008 when Ki' Gourmet was integrated with a very clear objective: to preserve the Mexican flavor and make it available to Mexico and the world, through natural products of the highest quality, which preserve the traditional flavor of our cuisine.
Over time, Ki' Gourmet has ventured into the development of new products that follow current trends, with the incorporation of new flavors that have expanded the range of possibilities of use, by fusing our cuisine with the most delicate flavors of gastronomy.

Sauce made from tomato and serrano pepper, can accompany any Mexican dish or appetizers, or be the base for some simple chilaquiles, enchiladas or sopes with green sauce. This is the classic sauce that goes well with everything.
Sauce made from mango and a mixture of three chilli peppers carefully chosen to give your dishes a touch of Mexican elegance. This sauce can be used as a dressing for green salads or as an accompaniment to raw vegetables such as jicama and cucumber, as well as being the base for the preparation of your main dishes.
Red sauce made from roasted tomato and morita chili. It presents smoky touches that combine perfectly with chicken, beef, fish and seafood. It is an excellent sample of the traditional flavours of Mexican cuisine.
Martajada sauce, made with a mixture of dried chilli peppers from the Córdoba and Orizaba regions, in the state of Veracruz, delicately chosen to give a delicious combination that can accompany a wide variety of dishes, from snacks to entrees, as well as pasta, pizzas, pozole, quesadillas, baguettes, meats, soups or whatever you can think of. This Sauce is good for everything!
